Danielle Gallacher is an experienced Chief Operating Officer, senior operator and trusted advisor with a career span over 30 years. She has extensive experience in the ECEC Sector leading, stabilising and governing early childhood education and care services across NSW.
Her career spans multi-site operations, service growth and turnaround, regulatory engagement, workforce leadership, financial performance, and supporting providers through acquisition, divestment and transition activity. Danielle has worked directly with Approved Providers, boards, investors and leadership teams, carrying real accountability for people, compliance, reputation and results.
She is often engaged when services are under pressure, leadership capability is stretched, compliance confidence has been shaken, occupancy is declining, or when owners are preparing for acquisition, divestment or post-transaction transition and require experienced operational insight.
Her advisory work is grounded in operational reality. Danielle brings a calm, direct and pragmatic approach, helping providers cut through noise, focus on what matters most, and make confident, well-judged decisions. She supports clients to prepare services for sale or acquisition, understand operational and workforce risks, and ensure continuity, stability and compliance throughout periods of change.
